the pool area was acceptable and my kids had fun, but it closes too early.
I was told the room would have a sea view, but i ended up facing the parking lot. I was not happy. the noise from the cars and buses starting early in the morning made it hard to sleep, and the promised view was nonexistent! it was a bait and switch.

i received a complimentary upgrade to a premium sea view room the view across the sea was amazing all personnel was super friendly and helpful the food was tasty i had private access to the beach there were great swimming pools i enjoyed a relaxing stay there
the water in the shower was barely warm in the evenings

the hotel has multiple buildings with gardens and restaurants palm trees grow everywhere there are orange trees and swimming pools the access to the beach is through a big garden it is beautiful and very well maintained

the hotel offered direct access to a quiet spot it took less than an hour to travel from the airport it made the hotel a great first stop after a long overnight flight the place was very close to the beach

the hotel grounds were beautiful and well-kept i especially liked the multiple swimming pools they were very clean the private beach access to the dead sea was a real plus i could easily walk there the room was spacious and very clean too it had lamps for mosquitos so i could sleep without worries
the food variety at the restaurants was limited though the food was tasty

The hotel provided convenient access to the Dead Sea with a private beach. The beach included mud containers allowing guests to easily apply mud. Showers were also available near the beach. I found the multiple pools, including adult-only options, were a great addition.

fantastic dead sea getaway!
huge facilityprivate beachfriendly staff
this hotel is huge and i found it spotlessly clean i loved that the location had many swimming pools and a private beach to get to the dead sea the staff were friendly and i liked the lamps for mosquitos in my room.
i found very little variety in the food in all the restaurants and room service and the pool slide was dry and hot so i couldn't use it i also noticed there were no plugs for the baths in the rooms.

the staff prepared our room before the check-in time which i thought was great we also received a free upgrade upon arrival i really appreciated this gesture and felt very welcomed by the team.
